Refund policy

 

CREATE ON DEMAND:

Everything in my store is "create on demand" after each order is placed. There is typically no pre-made inventory kept in stock for most items. We are a small family operation and due to order volume which fluctuates seasonally, production time for your order can vary between 14 days, then shipping times depending on the class of shipping you chose when you placed your order.

LASER ENGRAVED ITEMS:

Each laser engraved item is one of a kind and made in our home studio so please understand the item will appear slightly different than what is pictured in the image, within reason. Due to the laser engraving process, and variance in woods due to temperature and humidity, be aware there can be a margin of variation of the engraving by .10-.25mm depending on the project.

RETURN POLICY:

Living in a fallen creation and being a descendant of Adam, mistakes are going to happen. If we didn’t get your order right, or there appears to be a problem with the design or product that can be traced to the manufacturing process, we are happy to fix it for you at no charge. We guarantee the quality of your order and will make every effort to make it right by you.

Please contact us at admin@wrathandgrace.com with photos of the item in question. Because we are a "create-on-demand" store, each item is uniquely created after you purchase it. Since your order is made “on demand” after it was placed, no inventory of premade apparel is kept. We do not accept any returns for apparel, see refund policy 

If you want to return a laser engraved item and there is no problem with the product itself due to its manufacture, please reach out to us via email and let us know and we will process a return and a full refund of the product's orders, excluding shipping. We will accept returns for only 14 days after delivery.

REFUND POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to issue you a refund for the value of the products you ordered minus 25% for all non-laser engraved apparel if the products have been shipped. We do not refund shipping charges.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible to pay for all customs duties imposed by their home country on their imported orders. Wrath and Grace cannot predict customs fees nor do we pay them for customers.
